When you first receive your water activated liner it will be a dry compound in a 5 gram jar with a lid, after adding a little water on your brush the colors will come to life!

The Jaelea cosmetics liners are extremely pigmented and can be used for face designs/eyeliner. The liners can be placed anywhere on the skin very very pigmented but easy wash off !
